Caspar Community is again seeking partners ($500+) and sponsors ($250+) for the third annual Caspar World Folk Festival. The companies whose logos and names appear above have generously agreed to sponsor the Folk Festival, and we urge you to click to their websites, and let them know you found them through the Caspar World Folk Festival. To make sure that the festival is fun for all, we need more pledges of sponsor support soon.
- Since Caspar Community is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, any donations are tax exempt.
- We are proud of our backers, and intend to include their names as we advertise the event, enlist other sponsors, and attract the attention of our audience. Partners will receive quarter page ads in the program; sponsors will get a business-card sized ad.
- If sponsors are planning mailings we would very much appreciate mentions of the event, proudly citing company sponsorship, of course. We will gladly help with the copy and provide the necessary website information.
- Sponsors who wish to take a stall at the Market will be assured (1) that they will be the only vendor of their particular type present (if they so desire), and (2) their stall space and utilities will be included as part of their sponsorship benefits. They will also get preferential stall choice.
- Partners receive two sets of tickets to the concerts. Sponsors get a pair of tickets to any one event they care to attend, subject to availability. Last year's concerts sold out, and so sponsors will want to request their tickets early.
- We look to local sponsors and sponsors whose products fit the theme well to help us sweeten and refine this sponsorship solicitation by telling us how to make it more tempting to others. If you have ideas about companies you would like to see present as sponsors or vendors at the Market, please let us know, or direct them to this site.

Sponsorship a little too rich for your business right now? Please consider a Program Ad. For $50 you can have a business card sized ad in the Festival Program. This informational publication will contain comprehensive information about the concerts, performers and their instruments, the folk artists and story-tellers at the market, and the businesses here on the coast who support the Festival.
